ABOUT
My Story
Loving, Fearless, Dedicated, and Unexpected are a few words to describe him. A jack of many trades. Lắc is a trained actor, singer, writer, and more. He is a leader who wears his heart on his sleeves, but is never afraid to sit back down in the student’s chair.
Lắc was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota to Vietnamese immigrants. He will be receiving his BFA: in Acting from Oklahoma City University in May.
In his time at OCU, he performed in Legacy of Light, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, A Lie of the Mind, The Pillowman, The Play that Goes Wrong, and Bellwether. He is also thankful to have performed in an opera, Dido and Aeneas, as well as understudying and swinging for Oklahoma City Repertory Theater in Vietgone and The Great Leap.
Lắc’s artistry is fueled by advocating, creating, and being the representation that Asian people were not given. While he is gratefully playing different roles, he stays authentically himself. Finally, Lắc strives to be a shoulder anybody can lean on.
